Hotel Intergate Tokyo Kyobashi

The afternoon tea came with complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was a standard, functional size, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. I booked a slightly larger double room with a small sitting area. There was enough space to open one large suitcase comfortably, but fitting two was a squeeze. The air conditioner was in an odd spot, though it didn’t make the stay uncomfortable. With the subway entrance right downstairs, getting around was easy. I had a great stay and would consider this hotel group again on my next Japan trip.

It’s a traditional Japanese room, so don’t expect American hotel space. The breakfast bar was a little small, but it was included and had enough for me. I’d stay here again. This small boutique hotel is near Ginza, with great people watching and plenty of places to eat, upscale shopping, the subway, and the train station nearby. It’s easy to get around on foot.

The room felt a bit larger than most Tokyo hotel rooms. I could open my big suitcase and still move around without squeezing past it. Everything was very clean. Getting around was easy: Tokyo Station is about a 10-minute walk, and Kyobashi subway station is just steps away. There’s a FamilyMart downstairs, free coffee throughout the day, and special smoothies from 6-7am. Ginza’s shops and malls are also an easy walk away.

I sent my luggage ahead from Kyoto, and it arrived without any problems. My single room was a little small, as is typical in Tokyo, but it was fine without a check-in-sized suitcase, which would make it tight. There’s no laundry at the hotel, though I spotted a few coin laundromats within walking distance. The location worked well, with Ginza and Tokyo Station a short walk away. Lots of restaurants are nearby, and there’s a Family Mart on the ground floor.
