Getting around Tokyo was simple from here: the neighborhood is quiet, and the metro is easy to reach, with connections to much of the city. The hotel feels modern and well organized for English speakers. Everyone we dealt with, from reception to housekeeping, was professional, and the service was excellent.
I’ve stayed here twice and already know I’ll return. The spa on the second floor was a favorite, and I liked the hotel’s layout. Staff were especially warm and helpful. It’s conveniently located and reasonably priced, so it felt worth every penny. I love this place!
The WiFi worked flawlessly, and the room’s climate control and shower were both reliable, with hot water coming through easily. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The JR station is only a short walk away and connects to the Ginza line.
The hotel was surprisingly quiet, even though it’s centrally placed near Tokyo Station and spots like the Imperial Palace. Breakfast offers both Western and Japanese choices. The room itself was average, though it did have a heated toilet.
The room was clean, but very small, which seems common across Japan. Staff spoke very little English, yet they made a real effort to understand me. It was a great place to stay.
