There were four of us, and the small room fit our family well. The restroom was clean and comfortable, though the room itself had a slight cigarette smell. I’d come back :)

I appreciate the Front staff’s hard work, and I think they were following hotel policy and had to make a decision about my check-in. Still, the situation was frustrating. Although I have a Japanese address, I was told I’d have to let them copy my identification or be denied check-in. I’m fine with proving my identity by showing that the document matches the details I provide, but having a copy made creates an unnecessary risk of identity theft or fraud unless it’s disposed of carefully. After I asked for a refund and was refused, I started calling my booking provider. That’s when the Front staff told me they would in fact let me check in.

The rooms were dirty, and there were vape ads inside even though the place is supposed to be non-smoking. We booked three rooms for six people, but each had just one twin bed, so there wasn't enough space and some of us are sleeping on the filthy floor. They wouldn't offer even a partial refund. This feels like a scam.

The nearest station and restaurants are about a 15-minute walk away. The room was small, with standard amenities and a tiny, narrow bathtub. Also, the bed was single, not double.
