It's a good price if you're mainly out sightseeing and just need somewhere to sleep. The neighborhood isn't the nicest, with some homeless people and men drinking from the morning. Tokyo Sky Tree is about a 30-minute walk away. The toilets and bathing facilities are shared. There's no shortage of toilets, but only a couple of showers, and the public bath has gender-specific time slots, so you need to plan around those. The front desk insists on photocopying resident cards for non-Japanese guests, which is actually illegal. That law applies only to visitors and their passports.

Getting your luggage to the nearest station can be a pain: it's a bit of a walk, and the roads and pavements are in pretty rough shape. Still, the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, so it was a nice enough stay overall. The balcony was handy for fresh air, and the air conditioner worked well. Internet was a little unreliable, but fine when it connected, and the Ethernet connection was good. This place has a guesthouse or capsule hotel feel, except the rooms are larger and have lockable doors. Expect a hard futon on the floor, and there's no desk. Bathing is on a schedule, though there are also three showers, and none of them cost extra. There are plenty of toilets and sinks. The lobby has two usable computers and a printer, but I didn't use them. It also has two vending machines, one selling alcohol, and there was another good vending machine on the fifth floor. Amenities are extras you buy with tickets. I'd recommend the place, except for the bed. See my review of Hotel Accela for more info and my recommendation of getting an air mattress, lol.
