It's a smaller hotel, but well run and resourceful, and the location made sightseeing and finding somewhere to eat easy. The extras were a nice touch: complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby all day and night, plus cookies and instant noodles at the 10 PM snack time. After a long day out, that was welcome. The hospitality felt thoughtful, and I'd recommend the place.

I liked that the staff spoke English and supplied essentials like towels, cotton swabs, toothbrushes and paste. They also served DIY ramen in the lounge after hours, and the shuttle to Tokyo Disney/SEA was a big plus. I highly recommend reserving the shuttle ahead on the website or at check-in. I was satisfied with the stay, though the king room was quite small overall. Two checked bags would make it a squeeze.

I've stayed here whenever I've visited Japan, and keep recommending it to people I talk to about Tokyo. The area is peaceful and surprisingly quiet compared with many places I've been around the world, yet there are restaurants, cafes, and 24-hour shops nearby. Bus and subway stations make getting around easy, and laundry facilities are available. The buffet breakfast is delicious. My room was clean and cozy, with what I needed to unwind after a long day, and the hotel was calm and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, greeted me with smiles, and were ready to help. I want to commend the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping teams, as well as the other staff I didn't meet, for creating such a wonderful showcase of Japan. Best regards.

The service was impressive, and I'll stay here again when I return to Japan. The hotel was clean and tidy, very close to the train station, and had a free round-trip shuttle to Disneysea and Disneyland. I'd highly recommend it.
