If you need to be near Ōsaki Station, this place might do, but otherwise I can't recommend it. The same brand's hotel at Gotanda Station is a better choice in a similar price range, with a station-front spot, newer facilities, and noticeably better customer service. This building is old and feels like an apartment. The balconies connect to neighboring rooms, which takes away privacy. Water pressure from both the shower and faucet was extremely low, and filling the tub took about 25 minutes. The bed was right beside the window, and cold air came in at night even with the heater running. Check-in was a problem too. The trainee at reception didn't seem to understand the process. I had two separate bookings for two nights and was told I wouldn't need to check out each day, but later I couldn't get into my room because check-in for the second night hadn't been completed. Whether he was new or part-time, proper training is essential.

The hotel was quiet enough that I didn't hear anything from the neighbors, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable during the stay. The bed and ergonomic pillows were super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the minibar, alarm clock, and bedside lamps with adjustable brightness for reading. I can't understand the low rating at all. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

The room feels very outdated and needs work. There was debris all over the floor, and the cleaning was poor. They need to vacuum better.

Nice place to stay, with a Lawson Convenience Store nearby. Gotanda Station and Donki Store are within walking distance 🙂

A quiet, low-key hotel, very clean, with great staff.
