We stayed three nights, from Dec 1-4, then came back for one more night on Dec 8. The first stay was on the 9th floor. The coffee machine didn't work, the in-room amenities were bare, and the towels were old. On our return we were put in a very dirty corner room on the 12th floor. There was hair everywhere: in the bathtub, toilet bowl, and on the floor, bed, pillow, and towel. Definitely won't return.

A lovely little boutique hotel near trains, food, and shops. The rooms are somewhat small compared with what we're used to, but they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is the main draw, close to Daimon and Hamamatsucho stations, Tokyo tower, and plenty of places to find good, affordable meals for travellers. I'd highly recommend it.

The room wasn’t small, and the price was reasonable. It’s near a train station and Tokyo Tower, and the neighborhood is quiet. There’s one Family Mart nearby, but it doesn’t have much; cross to the other side of the road and you’ll find plenty more food and drinks. I wouldn’t recommend it for a first trip to Tokyo.

The staff at the front desk were nice, and the room had the basics, including a clean bed and bathroom and a humidifier. But there was such a strong old, dusty, stale-air smell, maybe from the carpet, that I slept with a mask on all night. If you have allergies, this may not be the place for you. I couldn’t stay here again.
