HOTEL TABARD TOKYO - Vacation STAY 64544v

The receptionist deserves a lot of credit. I arrived early to check in and was able to get my room that morning. Special thanks to Mr Jiang for being so welcoming. I’ll definitely come back. We booked a twin room with a Skytree view. It was new, clean, and tidy, with a strong hot shower that felt great after a long day. There was room to open two large suitcases. The JR station is about a 5-7 minute walk, and two big malls and a Seiyu supermarket are nearby, so it’s very convenient for shopping.

The room was on the small side, as expected, but the location was handy, less than a 10-minute walk from Kinsicho station and department stores. The staff were kind and helpful, including when we asked whether the breakfast was halal.

There are three convenience stores and several restaurants nearby, and I found the price reasonable. The receptionist was friendly, and the room had good equipment. I booked a twin room and was surprised it had enough space for two 28-inch suitcases. It was comfortable enough for me, and I had a wonderful stay in a nice location.

I stayed for six nights and found the room and bathroom a good size. The staff were wonderful and the service was great. I liked the lovely duvet and firm mattress. Breakfast was complimentary, though very simple, with bread rolls and soup. Coffee, tea, and water were available all the time. The location felt a little random, without much for tourists right there, but it’s well connected and surrounded by loads of shopping, entertainment, and dining. The JR and metro stations are a few minutes away, and the bus stops are even closer. I couldn’t open the window, and it didn’t do much to keep outside noise out. The TV only had Japanese channels, which was a downside for me since I like to catch up on the news while traveling.
