Hotel The Glanz

The room had loads of nice touches, from the wireless phone charging pad and bedside lighting controls to the big TV, seating area, and plenty of toiletries. The shower room was fantastic, with a deep jetted tub and rainfall shower head, and the toilet had lots of tech. The hotel was clean, the location was great, and the staff were amazing. Definitely recommend!

I’d stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo. I originally booked one night because it was near another place I was staying and I needed to receive luggage from Osaka. After checking in, I found the room much nicer than the one I was already using, so I switched over for another night. It was comfortable, with a large TV, a great bathroom, and plenty of amenities. They had a mini-bar and free breakfast each morning, and this was the only Tokyo hotel I stayed at that offered room service. There were several restaurants in the neighborhood, and Azabu Jaban train station was close by. The facilities were good for the price, though the hotel felt less modern than some others. One snag: they have Yamato shipping forms but don’t handle the shipping. I had to send my luggage to Hiroshima, fill out the form myself, and pay for the service in Hiroshima.

The breakfast was delicious, and this is a lovely boutique hotel. Mita Kaigisho is only a 5 minute walk away.

For the price and location, it works nicely as a hotel. There isn’t much in the way of services, and the staff don’t speak much English, but we managed fine.
