The airport location is convenient and ¥13,360 felt like a fair price for the room. But I booked mainly because I wanted to use the spa and bath before my flight home, and only found out after arriving that the spa was closed for maintenance. The notice was on the hotel website, though tucked away in a small announcements section that was easy to miss when booking. I probably would have picked another hotel if I’d known. When I explained this to front desk staff Nakayama, I was told they couldn’t help because my booking didn’t include a separate spa ticket. I understand maintenance happens, but there wasn’t much empathy or any goodwill gesture. The place was busy enough to feel more like a transportation hub than a relaxing hotel. The lobby was full of big suitcases, and there were often queues to speak with staff. Another guest also came to my room by mistake and rang the bell repeatedly. That wasn’t really the hotel’s fault, but it added to the crowded, chaotic feeling. The room and location were good value, but the closure, crowds and response to my concern left me disappointed. If the spa matters to you, check that it’s open before booking.
The breakfast buffet had a decent spread, though getting around this huge hotel felt like navigating a maze. My room was cute and surprisingly spacious, and it was so well insulated I could barely tell I was staying by an airport. My flight landed late at Haneda, and by the time I got my suitcase it was nearly midnight, so staying at an airport hotel was a relief. It’s easy to reach from Terminal 3, and for the price it’s a pretty good deal. I’d come back next time I have an early or late flight through Haneda.
I stayed here during a Tokyo layover on May 17-18, 2026. The view was great, with planes taking off and Tokyo Tower in the distance. The hotel connects directly to Haneda International Airport terminal 3, so I didn’t have to go outside, though the walk to the terminal is long. There are shops and restaurants along the way, and the train station is connected to the terminal too. My room was clean and cozy, with a good range of toiletries and things like pajamas. Staff were attentive, friendly and spoke English well. I only stayed one night and spent most of it exploring the city, so I can’t say much about the amenities. I heard there’s a good restaurant and onsen, and there’s also a laundry room and a lobby bin with toiletries. Great value, and I hope to stay again soon.
The hotel and room were clean and spacious, and there were plenty of washing machines, maintained daily by staff. The staff were professional when we reached the lounges. My Miku collaboration stay on 10 Feb 2026 cost a bit more because of the airport location, but it came with onsen tickets and some Miku goods, so it was a good experience overall. I’m still waiting for them to send the goods that were missing because they’re out of stock. I love Hatsune Miku.
The food selection here is much better than at Narita. The room was quiet despite being at the airport, with an adequate amount of space for me at 6' or 1.83m tall and a good-sized bathtub. Bring your own bath salts, available at most kombini, and you can have a soak here instead of paying ¥20,000 for a private onsen. If you’ve got an early flight, Haneda T3 is a handy place to stay. You can avoid squeezing in with the many people heading to Haneda during the morning rush. It’s rated as one of the world’s best airport hotels, and I agree.
