We had a pleasant 8-night stay. Two stations are nearby, and there's a konbini right across the street, so the location is really strategic. The staff were friendly, and our room was comfortable and pretty spacious by Tokyo hotel standards. There are activities and a cafe in the lobby. We'd definitely come back!

The location worked really well for getting around, with lines nearby that take you all over the city. As first-time visitors to Japan, we thought it was a good experience overall. Our queen room wasn't our favorite, though. There wasn't much space, and the sink was in the room instead of the bathroom. You also have to insert the key card for the lights and TV to work, which was really annoying. The cafe downstairs was fine, but the coffee was meh.

The pajamas were the best we had in Japan. I also liked the location and amenities, especially the attention to helping guests enjoy the area, like the tea and custom spray blends you could make. One thing that could be rethought is the extra furniture in the room. It wasn't useful and made it extremely hard to move around, so I'm taking off a star.

For our last 2 nights in Tokyo, this was a perfect base. We mostly just wanted to explore the area since our only set plans were the Harry Potter play and the studio tour, and the location made it easy to find things to do.

The location was convenient, with easy access to tourist areas like Ginza and Shinjuku, plus lots of good restaurants nearby. Going to or from the airports does mean changing trains, though. I'd stay in the same area next time, but probably choose a different hotel. The room wasn't user-friendly and didn't feel worth the money. It was so small that I couldn't fully open 2 luggages, even though they claimed it was 200 sq ft. With my second bag on the floor, it blocked the doorway and left you close to the sink. Most of the space seemed to go to the shower room, and the sink was outside the toilet. The WiFi was very weak, and the USB port by the bed didn't work. The room setup just didn't feel right.
