The front desk was supposed to open at 9a, according to what we read, but nobody showed up until 11, so we had to wait. The room itself was reasonably priced and quite comfortable. We had a 2 bunk/4bed room with everything we needed, including a small kitchen and laundry in the room. The toilet and shower were separate. There are several convenience stores close by, and the nearest train station is about a seven-minute walk.

The room had two bunk beds, a small kitchen, a closet, and separate bathroom and WC. It was stylish and comfortable, and the room was clean and smelled fresh. There were hygiene amenities available, and it was fairly close to Iriya station (Hibiya line), so we could easily catch the train whenever we wanted. The staff were very kind.

The rooms are small, though comfortable. On the top floor, some have tatami and futons; the rest are Western-style.

We were left waiting outside on a cold night. We got there an hour before reception was due to close, but nobody was there, and neither number left at reception helped. One just rang without an answer, while the other went to an automated message. If you want to be sure someone will let you in when you arrive, I'd keep looking.

The only real downside was how far it is from the train station. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, and we had a large suite with a kitchen and laundry in the room.
