Roppongi is a really cool area, and it's easy to get anywhere from there. The place itself was spacious, spotless, and had comfy beds. Best air BnB I've ever stayed in.

Our family of four had room to spread out here, which made a big difference with a week's worth of luggage. The kids had their own bunkbed, and we didn't have to stack our suitcases like a Tetris game. The living area was spacious, with a comfortable couch and big screen TV, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The bathroom was roomy and modern, with two sinks so two people could get ready at once. We also liked having a fully-equipped kitchen and washer-dryer. The modern look, clean lines, and high-end finishes felt luxurious but still cozy. It was close to public transportation and quiet enough to unwind. We've squeezed into tiny downtown chain hotel rooms before, but this condo hotel felt more like a home away from home. It's a good fit for families with kids or lots of luggage who need some breathing room. We'd book again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying with illi Group, and it was fantastic again. The staff were responsive and accommodating, and the clean, spacious room was stylish, too. The location is central. I imagine we'll keep choosing them whenever we visit Tokyo.

The management team communicated really well. We had a spacious studio with a balcony and washing machine, which were nice extras for our family with children. Great location, with shops and places to eat right at the doorstep. Highly recommend!
