There was mould in the room and a strong musty smell throughout the property. I found mould in every window seal and on top of the bathroom mirror, plus more in a ceiling corner that also had a hole. The kitchen table was dirty, and one of the beds had a stain. We asked to cancel because we didn't feel comfortable staying there. They said we'd have to sort it out through booking.com, which means we've lost half the money. We had to book somewhere else that same night at 9pm, and it cost much less. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Despite its misleading name, this isn't a hotel. The flat was mouldy throughout and hadn't been cleaned properly. There was a stain on the bed sheets. See the photos. They also don't tell you there's no lift. When we raised the issues, they said someone would come by later the next day to look, and didn't seem concerned at all. It was incredibly disappointing and far too expensive for what you get.

They let us leave our bags while the room was still being prepared, so we could go explore the area. When we returned at check-in time, cleaning was still underway, but we only waited a couple more minutes, so it wasn't a big deal. We paid 510 USD for three nights. Of all our stays, this was the smallest and most expensive. The bed had very little cushioning and the toilet area was the tiniest we'd seen. Still, it wasn't a bad place to stay.
