Breakfast is free and hearty, and I especially liked how clean everything was and the shower. There's a refrigerator and both hot and cold water. The rooms feel a bit cold in winter, but running the air conditioning at around 22°C brings the temperature back to normal. Everything was good!

The breakfast reservation was the last straw. I booked a 9:05 to 9:35 slot the day before, then was told they’d run out of ingredients. What was the point of reserving? The staff seemed confused, and the stairs were so narrow that anyone with luggage should be prepared for a struggle. I wanted a private room with a shared bath, but ended up in this janky house. The facilities, service, and attitude all felt like a one-star place. This was the worst stay of my whole Japan trip. I wouldn’t recommend it. Stay at a hostel or spend more for somewhere better.

The place looks quite nice from outside, and inside it was clean, cozy, and really affordable. Breakfast being included was lovely too. I’d definitely recommend it.

It’s near Akihabara, and the breakfast was really tasty, especially the tuna mayo sandwich. The service was great and everything was very clean. Definitely recommend.
