There was a lot of hair on the bed. I called to report it, but all they said was sorry and they didn't offer a way to fix it. They could have sent a housekeeper. With cleanliness like that, I can't recommend this hostel to visitors.

A pleasant, affordable room close to public transit, restaurants, and Sensoji Temple.

The rooms and property are clean, with a shower room and toilet on every floor. It's a great base for exploring Asakusa. I'd stay here if all I needed was somewhere to sleep.

The hotel's service and attitude were truly awful.
