The shuttle to the train station made getting around easy, and the complimentary afternoon coffee and tea were a nice touch. The staff were polite and friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. We also booked breakfast: drinks like milk, orange juice, coffee, and tea were unlimited, and we could get more rice. The traditional Japanese dishes didn't taste very fresh, though, which was disappointing. I couldn't use the public bath because I have a tattoo. I know that's common in Japan, but I hope the rules become more flexible someday. For the price, it was a pleasant stay with good service and cleanliness.

Dinner was especially good, and the service was excellent. The rooms are spacious and have the features you need, though the air conditioning runs too warm. Since it's centrally controlled, there's not much you can do about it. Ome station is a 15-minute walk away, but the hotel shuttle helps. The onsen is basic, but perfectly adequate. There's a pleasant park nearby for walks, and the autumn leaves were beautiful when we visited. Dogs are welcome here too.

I liked that the onsen was clean, with no mould, and looked out over the river. The baths switched between men and women in the morning and evening, so I got a chance to use the outdoor one, which isn't available all the time. The Japanese-style room was spotless, and my room had its own a/c controls and a humidifier for the dry air. Staff were friendly and professional, and the food was fresh, tasty, and carefully made. There's a drinks bar open until 9pm and a shop with local foods. The minibus to and from Ome station was handy. A relaxing stay, and I'd come back.

The free noodles served from 9 to 10:30 pm and the afternoon coffee, tea, and juice in the lobby were nice extras. Breakfast and dinner were both very good, and the onsen had excellent indoor and outdoor baths. My room was clean and spacious. Ome JR is a 15-minute walk, though the hotel shuttle runs there and back in the morning and afternoon. There's also a beautiful park nearby for walks. I had a very pleasant two-night stay.

Ome Kyuryo parkrun is nearby, and there are lovely river views and places to walk. We had some confusion with our booking at first, but got settled in and enjoyed the hotel and the nearby parts of the city. The onsen is great if that's your thing.
