It’s a straightforward business hotel right by Keikyu Shinbanba Station, with a simple two-minute ride to Shinagawa station. The inside was quite clean, and they provided room service each day without me having to ask, unlike some hotels like APA. The staff were friendly and sorted out an unusual problem I had. One receptionist speaks mandarin, which was convenient for me. The in-hotel laundry was the one thing I couldn’t use during my five-night stay. Washing and cleaning for 600yen is a good deal, but there are only two machines.

The location is at Shimbamba station. Check-in is at 3 pm, with early check-in available for an extra ¥1100. Checkout is at 10 am.

Check-in and check-out are mostly self-service, using ID scans. The station is right beside the hotel, but I didn't hear train noise. There's also a small town next door with cafes and restaurants.

The free fresh coffee was a nice way to start the morning, and we enjoyed staying here. Finding the entrance on Google Maps was tricky. Head for the Simbamba Station entrance, then go up no stairs and you'll be right there. That's what my photos show, too. Being directly at the station seems to help with the noise. The trains move slowly, so you hear less than you would at hotels beside major roads.

The blinds made the room nearly pitch black, and the train noise was blocked really well. It's a good hotel. I held back one star because the sheets and towels felt very scratchy, like they were near the end of their useful life.
