Ken's Place Minami-Azabu

The bus stops nearby, but the station is far away and isn't one of the major stations. The place has pros and cons. The renovation looks new and stylish, with a Japanese small-apartment feel, and it comes with a Dyson hair dryer and bermuda toaster. But the bedding sheets were the worst quality ever and really uncomfortable, and there were only two towel sets for four people. It seemed clean at first, but wasn't really. The washing machine was blocked with cotton things in the filter and didn't work. It took two days for the mechanists to fix it.

There was no one on site to help, and there isn't a lobby or customer service. The check-in tablet at the front was broken, so I couldn't check in. I had to contact someone by email, and it took more than an hour. The location was even worse, right next to a school, so it was really loud. There's also a convenience store right in front, which makes the location feel gone. It doesn't have much. Based on my experience, don't come here.

The apartments feel cute and upscale, with the furniture, decor, and high-end appliances all thoughtfully put together.

They got the interior and appliances thoughtfully chosen, the location is great, and communication was prompt. Highly recommend.
