The main drawback for me was the cold. The heaters weren't strong enough to warm the house, and with the low temperatures during our stay, we felt cold inside all the time. Apart from that, everything was great, especially how close it is to the train station and market area. It's a well-equipped traditional Japanese house with a nice kitchen, which we used for cooking. There's a washing machine but no dryer, so clothes have to be hung up. The entrance is the only place to leave heavy luggage because the stairs are too narrow, which can be a bit inconvenient for a longer stay.

The hosts were very accommodating for our family. It's a quiet neighborhood, about an hour or so from key spots in town, and the house is well placed for a convenience store and several great izakaya within 100m. A lovely little place, not far from the station.

A safe, well located spot with a train very close by, making it easy to get into Tokyo. There's lots of space for a few people, so it worked well for a group or family.

Stores and a station are nearby, and the place is well equipped. It was small but still roomy enough. The location overall was a bit inconvenient, especially if you plan to travel to Tokyo often.

It's quiet, clean, and convenient, and I liked staying here. The room was a good size and had all the amenities, including five beds, a bathtub, a kitchen, and a washing machine. The train station is a 5-7 minute walk away, with ramen shops, izakayas, 7-Eleven, and Family Mart nearby.
