Koko Hotel Ginza 1-chome

We had a comfortable three-day stay at the KOKO Hotel in Ginza, and the room was clean and comfortable, if a bit small, which is expected in Japan. The receptionists were gracious and communicated well despite the language barrier. We lost a phone on the bus from Narita Airport to Ginza Station, and because we couldn't call the lost and found with an international number, the staff helped us reach them. They stayed with us through the process and arranged to have the phone shipped to the hotel the next day. We're very grateful for their help and would recommend the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, and I'd stay here again. Rooms are small, as is standard in Tokyo. You can pick up amenities near the elevators, and there's a paid bag delivery service to the airport that you arrange through an app. A 711 is across the street, with a Sugi and several restaurants nearby. The main Ginza street and train station are just a couple of minutes away on foot.

A couple of blocks from Tokyo Station, the hotel was reasonably quiet for its location. The rooms were compact but very clean, everything was in good order, and there were no signs of wear. Staff were courteous and knew their stuff. Toothbrushes, filter coffee bags, and personal care products were available for free. I'll book here again when I return to Tokyo.

I was here for two nights, and the hotel met my needs well. For Tokyo, the room was spacious and the location was good, about a 10-minute walk from the station, though the hotel felt a little dated compared with some others. You can pick up free items like toothbrushes and coffee. The laundry was good, and it uses a passcode so only you or hotel staff can access the washing machine. I'd happily come back.
