La Krasse Skytree - Vacation STAY 12839

The room was roomy and comfortable, and the facilities were great. I was surprised to see a drum-style washing machine. The bath was spacious, though I barely put water in the big tub because I couldn't quite figure out how to use it, which was a shame. I picked this hotel for a Skytree visit, and the location made that easy, with the tower right in front of you by day or night. There's apparently a convenience store and drugstore nearby, but after all that walking I was too tired to check them out. It can sleep up to six, with beds and futons spread over three floors. When I'm with family, I often find it hard to sort out the futons.

After we'd paid the full amount, the landlord rented the place to someone else because he assumed we wouldn't arrive. We'd planned to check in at night after spending the day at Disneyland. It took a long time for him to answer the phone, but once we finally reached him, he agreed to cancel our reservation and refund us. Terrible experience. How could he do that?

I had a question about my Agoda booking, so I called the store directly. They explained that the place I'd be staying was different from the photo, and said overseas sites sometimes use random pictures. They were really kind and took the time to answer everything carefully. It looks like it'll be a great trip, and I'm grateful to the store. Next time I'll book directly. Thank you!
