There are several Airbnb units in this small apartment building, and the place feels new and pleasant to stay in. It took me a little while to find it, but I got used to the location. Family Mart is about a five-minute walk away, and Kita-Senju train station is around ten minutes on foot.

The room felt cozy and romantic, and I loved it. A lovely choice for a romantic night with someone you love.

The self check-in worked well, and the room had an interesting layout. With dishes, cooking tools, and a washing machine, it seems better suited to a longer stay. For just one night, though, the extra cleaning fee on top of the accommodation cost made it feel a little pricey. The sofa smelled a bit, too. If there's a cleaning fee, I'd hope they'd clean it properly.

The price isn't too bad for Tokyo, and it's fairly close to Kita Senju station. But we slept badly because the insulation against both sound and temperature was awful. The bed sits by the window, where cold air comes through in the morning, with the heater directly above it. It felt like a setup for waking up with a sore throat. And instead of a proper double bed and mattress, it was two footrest-like pieces pushed together, each topped with a futon. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
