The place was clean, but that was about the only positive for us. We booked it because it seemed close to Haneda Airport for an early flight, but the train across the road doesn’t run early enough, so we had to get an uber. The beds are on the floor and smelled musty. There isn’t enough room to open the couch, and with its cushions it shouldn’t count as a bed. Road noise carried through the night. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
