The front desk staff were the highlight of our six-night stay, extremely helpful and polite. Please give them a raise! The room was well equipped, and I especially liked the spacious shower and handy kitchenette. Traveling by metro was convenient too.

We stayed two nights when we first arrived in Tokyo, then came back after Osaka. The staff were friendly and helpful, and kindly let us leave our large suitcase while we were away so we didn't have to move it back and forth. I really liked the morning coffee and evening Yuzu tea, touches I missed at their Osaka location. A 24-hour Rico grocery store is across the street, the metro is a short walk away, and there are plenty of nearby food options. The room had lots of amenities, including an in-suite kitchen and laundry. I would have preferred two pillows per bed instead of one. Still, it was a great stay and I'd strongly consider booking here again.

Rana at the front desk was especially patient while helping us sort out luggage delivery and a last-minute cab to the airport. The team was very helpful. The place matched its listing, though the thoughtful layout made it feel bigger. The kitchen had everything except a cutting board and knife, and we appreciated having a microwave. The kids liked the bunk beds, and staff brought extra blankets when we asked, making the top bunk warmer and more comfortable for winter. We had a pleasant stay.

The room was comfortable and roomy, and the area wasn't too busy. Several stations and metro lines are reachable without much walking. Family Mart, 7-11, Lawson, and some local restaurants that are well worth trying are all a short walk away.
