For a business trip it’s an okay hotel, though the rooms feel pretty average. When I asked about something in my room, the help I got was limited and there didn’t seem to be much flexibility. There wasn’t a safe in the room, yet there was a notice warning that theft could happen. Guests are expected to hand valuables to reception through a fairly bureaucratic process. Having safes in the rooms would be a lot more convenient.

[1011] The mall downstairs is a handy surprise. Take the elevator to 1F, then go up one floor on the escalator to find several good restaurants. The hotel itself is just a few minutes from the station, with useful connections for exploring the city. Check-in was smooth and the front desk helpful. The room had all the conveniences, though it could be noisy at times, and there’s no power outlet by the bed. Breakfast was a great buffet with lots of choices, though it can get busy.

The staff were so welcoming and kind, and the room was relaxing, clean, and comfortable. I stayed here last week on my trip and absolutely loved it. I’d be happy to return. 🙏

I loved the stay, especially the breakfast buffet. The room had a workspace, and the bathtub and shower were amazing. There were plenty of smoking rooms for my colleagues who smoke, and the train station was just a three-minute walk away. I even got a river view. Thanks so much!

The room was impressively clean, and being close to the JR line made trips to places like Shinjuku and Harajuku quick and convenient. Our one issue was the warmth in the room during winter. We couldn’t open the window for fresh air or change the air-conditioning temperature.
