Nplushotel higasikanda

The family suite was spacious, with really cool rooms and comfortable beds. The receptionist was very nice. I'd give the location three stars because it's a bit far from the nearby stations. I walk since taxis are expensive. Still, it's a good hotel and I'd recommend coming.

We had a nice stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and a good size, and they did a great job storing our luggage. I'd book here again.

The staff were kind and accommodating, and the location is great, right around the center of Akihabara. The room was spacious and clean. A few things to know: the front desk isn't open around the clock, which could be a problem if you need to check out in the middle of the night. In-room amenities aren't provided, so you collect them from a self-service counter by reception. Sound isolation seemed weak too. I only heard people coming and going, but it could bother some guests. Otherwise everything was great, and the hotel even has its own café.

For the price, the room was good and nicely arranged, especially the bathroom. There are four different convenience stores nearby, and you're not far from Akihabara or several train stations. The room has no window, apart from the one in the bathroom. Staff were helpful and available all day and night, despite some language barriers. Highly recommend!
