Oakwood Apartments Roppongi Central

The staff were helpful and friendly, and our unit had a great view of mount fuji. It's a commercial area, but there are quiet little neighborhood pockets nearby for walking or running, and weekends are very peaceful. The highway right below is audible, though it didn't bother us and might bother some people. Several grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and food delivery options are just a short walk away.

Hi Dean, The front desk team at Roppongi T Cube were wonderful with our family. Their attention to detail, kindness, and service stood out, especially Reiko, Momoka, and Saori. I'm concerned they don't seem to get much break time, and they appear nervous about taking a day off. People who work this hard deserve time to rest during the day and more holidays. I think your company should look after them better. They're a real asset. Dean, as the CEO who replied to my feedback email, feel free to call if you'd like to discuss this further. The front desk has my email and contact details. Thanks, Hugh and family

We've been here as a family for more than a month, and the staff and service have been great.

The accommodation is spacious, and the staff are super nice. Getting here from the subway is easy, there's a combini on the ground floor, and plenty of restaurants nearby.
