The staff were amazing, and the hotel was a great experience. There’s good coffee and breakfast food in the lounge every day, plus a rooftop with a great city view. It’s a quick walk, around 3 minutes, to Oshiage station, with access to the Asakusa line. One thing to know: the beds and pillows are very firm, so they may not suit you if you like a softer sleep. It didn’t take away from our stay.

The staff at the front desk were so helpful when we asked about upgrading for extra comfort, since my wife is pregnant. The employee and her manager went above and beyond, and were very polite and attentive to our situation. We had a wonderful time here. The hotel is in a great location, less than 10 minutes from the train station and Tokyo Skytree, with lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The rooftop is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. Thanks for everything!

The lobby alone made the stay worthwhile. Guests can grab free bread, snacks, coffee, and other drinks, and there are manga and table games to use between activities. There’s laundry too, which is handy for stays longer than a week. The couple’s room was a good size, with space under the bed for luggage and storage. The shower had plenty of room and was adjustable. Being next to Tokyo Skytree was great, and the Skytree itself has food, medicine, clothing, and lots of other things. The hotel is on the Asakusa line, so it’s easy to get around Tokyo quickly. I enjoyed my stay at ONE@Tokyo and will miss being there. Thanks for hosting us!

The hotel is very well placed, with lots of things within walking distance, including a metro station. We could get to every part of Tokyo we wanted to visit without any trouble. We spent a whole week here and were really happy with our stay. The rooms were pretty and surprisingly spacious compared with places we stayed in Kyoto and Osaka. I’d read reviews saying they felt small, but we had more room here than in most of the other hotels we tried. If you need lots of space, backpacks may work better than big suitcases, since two open suitcases can make even a good, affordable hotel room feel cramped. The staff were very helpful and approachable, and check-in and check-out were smooth and mostly automatic. The lobby looks great and has snacks and drinks for guests, including alcohol for a small fee. Housekeeping came each day and changed the towels. That was convenient because with the room size and air circulation, towels didn’t have much chance to dry fully on their own. There’s also a rooftop with an amazing view of Tokyo and the Skytree. We’ll recommend this place to friends and family, and would definitely stay here again if we return to Tokyo.

We spent seven nights here and had a wonderful time. We chose the Superior Double Bed, and the room was compact, as we expected in Tokyo. Since we were out exploring most of the time, the size worked well. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a high-tech bidet toilet. The staff were friendly, always smiling and greeting us. Even with the Do Not Disturb sign up, they left fresh towels neatly on our door handle every day. Since we arrived before check-in, they also stored our luggage. There’s a 24/7 station with free breads, crackers, and hot and cold drinks. Beer costs extra, and there’s a microwave and toaster for heating your own food. On rainy days, guests can borrow big umbrellas. A small grocery store across the street stays open until midnight, and there are Lawson and 7-Eleven shops nearby. The location is convenient, about a five-minute walk from Oshiage Station, Tokyo Skytree, and Tokyo Solamachi mall. The mall has plenty, including Pokémon Center, Loft, Bic Camera, Beams, Plaza and Beauty & Youth. It’s two stops from Asakusa, there’s a direct train to Shibuya/Ginza, and trains to Haneda and Narita Airport are easy to take. The rooftop is a lovely place to relax with a clear view of the Skytree, and you can hear nearby trains, which adds to the local feel. A few things could be better. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet has no bathtub and the sink is quite small. A shelf for toiletries would help. There are only two elevators, so expect waits at busy times. There are also just two washing machines, and we waited a long time for one. We had to run the dryer twice to get our clothes dry. There’s no phone in the room, though one is available on each floor near the elevator. It’s a friendly, comfortable base for exploring Tokyo.
