I only booked one night, but the comfortable, spotless, modern room made me want to stay longer. It was small yet stylish, with great facilities, and good value. The location is handy, less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway, with Tokyo sky tree in view. Asakusa shrine, nearby food streets, and Kappabashi street with its kitchen goods and amazing Japanese knives are close by too. With the washing machine and cooking facilities, staying a week would be very cost effective. We plan to return.

The neighborhood is quiet and the location is convenient, near Tokyo Sky Tree and the subway. I was disappointed that, for 130 euro/night, breakfast wasn't included and our sheets and towels weren't changed during our three-night stay. They said cleaning cost extra, or they could give us fresh sheets and towels to change ourselves for free. That kind of arrangement feels more like a hostel than a hotel.

The staff were a highlight, cheerful, polite, and so kind. They went out of their way to help with whatever we needed. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the station, skytree, and shopping mall are a four-minute walk away. Mizumachi shopping and restaurants are about five minutes away. It was lovely to walk along sumida park, have dinner, then come back for a great night's sleep in the comfy double beds. The apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean, with an amazing city and Skytree view. It's arranged so cleverly that it feels bigger than it is, and each unit is fully equipped. I can't recommend it enough. I wish I could have stayed longer.

During our 11day trip in Japan, this was the best place we stayed. I booked the wrong date by a day, but they kindly changed the booking for free. They showed us to the room and explained how everything worked. The beds were really comfortable too. Thank you so much.

The room and facilities were fantastic, but getting to activities and attractions takes quite a while compared with staying in Shinjuku.
