The takeaway breakfast was especially useful on a busy travel day. You can ask the breakfast restaurant staff for a box, then choose the breakfast items you want to pack, which is handy if you're rushing or leaving early. I also enjoyed the food itself. Breakfast and the evening canapés in the executive lounge were both excellent, with a good range and quality. The hotel has a modern, stylish look that still feels welcoming and comfortable. Tamachi Station is a short walk away, so getting around Tokyo was easy. It was particularly convenient with luggage, since there wasn't a long walk or complicated transfer right after arriving or before departing. I'd happily stay at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi again.

The staff were cheerful and wonderful, and my superior room had a very spacious bed. It also came with the basic amenities and a smart TV, which made it easy to watch YouTube. I stayed for six nights. The hotel is about a minute from the station, with Mita convenient for the airport and JR lines useful for getting around elsewhere. Breakfast had one or two options for vegetarians, though it could improve more generally. I didn't get any benefit from my Accor Gold membership, but the stay was decent.

The staff made the stay for us. Everyone we met was attentive, warm, and welcoming, and the hospitality felt better than anything we'd experienced before. The hotel is modern, elegant, beautiful, and very comfortable. We'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan who wants a convenient, luxurious, and welcoming place to stay.

The hotel's covered walkway connects directly to JR Tamachi Station, making the Yamanote Loop easy to reach by a single train. The district itself is quiet and practical, with local izakayas and good supermarkets nearby. Pullman Tokyo Tamachi gets the basics right with clean rooms, convenient transit, and genuine hospitality. It sets a high bar for an upscale Tokyo stay without relying on corporate fluff.
