Check-in was a really frustrating experience. The registration link they emailed didn’t work, and when we wrote to report it, nobody replied. Luckily, the tablet at the check-in counter did work. Then we had to wait about an hour for a video call because all the outsourced guest verification reps were busy. There was no help available in the meantime. Another guest said they’d waited three hours for a callback. An unmanned check-in system should work smoothly. The rooms are so small you can’t even open a suitcase. The only good thing about this place is its location. Please avoid staying here at any cost.

It’s meant to be a comfortable place with a private bedroom and bathroom, away from the bustle but still near the subway. For that, I thought it was perfect and would happily stay again. There’s no staff on site, which is why it’s cheap, and it feels more like a nice room than a hotel. You can’t bring a lot of stuff, although I fit my large suitcase under the bed and could have put another beside it. There are no on-call services or amenities. The room was small but comfortable. It felt tight sharing it with a friend, though it would be just right for a couple or someone traveling solo. My check-in went fine, and the staff member on the video call at the kiosk was kind and helpful. The door lock and Wi-Fi worked without trouble. The room was clean and had soap, a coffee maker, towels, and the basics.

I don’t get why this place has a low rating. My room was very clean and had everything I needed, and the area felt safe and quiet. Honjo-Azumbashi and Asakusa station are nearby, and Skytree is sooo close. There are several vending machines around and a convenience store a few minutes away on foot. It took about 10 minutes to fill in the check-in details and speak with the receptionist over video call. The price felt well worth it, and I’d definitely consider staying here again ^_^

We paid €35 to store our bags somewhere else for less than two hours because there was nowhere to leave luggage after check-out. We also couldn’t get fresh towels or help finding an adapter. We were just told to Google a store. This is a self-service room with a bathroom, nothing more. There’s no reception, staff on site, or hotel service, so calling it a hotel feels like a joke. Check-in was a frustrating video call: first we got someone who didn’t speak English, then we had to hold up a paper with our room code to the camera. If your phone stops working or runs out of battery, good luck getting in. It was falsely advertised as a hotel. If we’d known what it was, we wouldn’t have booked, especially at this price. A huge disappointment on an otherwise amazing trip.
