RU JUN and Ben were especially helpful, and the management team was quick to answer our questions throughout the stay. They even arranged a cleaning halfway through, which was a welcome refresh. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and roomy for Tokyo, so it worked well for our family. We also liked being close to several train stations and plenty of local places to eat. Real Life Aoyama made a convenient home base in a great neighborhood, and I’d recommend it.

Seeing the real Tokyo from one of their apartments was a great experience. We stayed for 10 days, and I really can’t think of how it could have been better. The place was clean and had everything we needed, and service was prompt and courteous.
It was nice having a bit more freedom than you get in a hotel, and the place was clean, well stocked, with appliances that were easy to use. There’s a 7-11 nearby for milk and cereal, an amazing coffee spot around the corner, and some of the city’s most incredible sushi restaurants close by. Book ahead for the posh sushi experience, or try Akasaka Shinobu Sushi for amazing sushi in a low-key setting.
Convenient spot near the metro, and the apartment was clean and well equipped. A great place to stay.
The only things that let us down were the stairs and the lack of drinking water. There’s no lift, so we carried six suitcases up to the top floor one at a time. I understand the building may not have room for one, but drinking water would have been a useful addition. Otherwise, the apartment was comfortable, very well kept, and felt like home. Both bedrooms were spacious, with double beds, closets, and room for our suitcases. They supplied four sets of bath, face, and hand towels, plus detergent and hand wash. The kitchen had an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and good utensils and cutlery. Mr. Zheng had everything cleaned and ready when we arrived. He welcomed us and walked us through the washing machine, hot plate, dishwasher, and other amenities. There’s also a QR code behind the main door with instructions. It’s a spacious two-bedroom place for Tokyo, with a really homely feel. Real Life AAYOMA is a great place to stay.
