We slept well despite the jet lag, as the rooms were quiet. The corner rooms were a little more spacious, with lots of natural light from the wraparound windows, although full-sized suitcases still made them feel tight. The bathrooms in those corner rooms are huge by Tokyo standards. The station is right in front of the hotel, so the location is extremely convenient. Staff were courteous and helped us with the automated check-in machines and directions. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Tokyo.

Check-in was smooth, the location is central, and everything is a short walk away. The rooms are beautiful, and the multilingual customer service is kind. There’s plenty of room if you don’t bring a bunch of useless luggage and junk. Why do these foreigners bring three suitcases per person? What are you, a woman? This place is awesome!

The bathroom toiletries were really nice and had multiple functions. The shower had two options, one from the ceiling and one from the wand, with great pressure, and it came with a stool to sit on. The room was very well designed, with technology way ahead of what I’m used to in Canada. The bed was clean, firm, and very comfortable. It even had a massage chair.

The staff were kind, respectful, and willing to help, and our stay was amazing. The location was great, with the Ginza Line entrance right at the door and Tokyo Station no more than a 10-minute walk away. The room was very small, which is typical in Tokyo, but the space could have been used better. The massage chair took up room we could have used for our things or to have more space between us. I could understand it in a bigger room, but in the smaller ones it felt wasted.
