Ryokan Yuyu Tokyo

I was here on a business trip, but I’d like to come back for a personal visit. The room had a lovely Japanese feel, a nice change from the cramped, impersonal business hotels. I was able to relax and feel at home, and breakfast was delicious. The station is walkable, though it’s a little farther away, so they provide a free shuttle. The hospitality felt very Japanese. Thank you so much!

The inn was clean and comfortable, and I was very happy with the hospitality. They had taken all the necessary COVID-19 precautions, too. It was easy to get here from Tokyo Station, so I’d use it again on a future Tokyo visit. This was my first stay. The husband greeted me with a refreshing manner, along with his beautiful wife.

I stayed in room A, one of the three rooms on the first floor. The room had a fridge, air conditioning, and a humidifier, and free Wi-Fi meant I could use my phone without worrying about data. Room service brought a bottle of mineral water each day. The Japanese breakfast came with rice, miso soup, an omelet, and other sides. Drinks were self-serve in the lounge. The men's and women's toilets are separate, as is the shower room, and both have locks. There’s a shuttle to and from Toyosu Station. The young proprietress is available around the clock if you have questions. I’d stay here again if I get the chance.

Even on a short visit, the tatami smell in the room helped me relax. I mentioned that I needed to leave early, and they were flexible about arranging breakfast and transportation. The breakfast was delicious, too.
