The location made getting around easy, with a shop right across from the hotel, metro and JR station links nearby, and a limousine bus service close by. Disneyland is just 19 minutes away by JR, which is handy if you’re planning to go. For a bit more room and comfort, I’d suggest booking a twin. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and I had a great visit. Sato and Kino were friendly, professional, and helpful. When I asked for a quieter room, the staff moved me straight away, so I could relax in peace. I’d definitely stay here again.

My small corner room felt a bit like an American walk-in closet, but it was comfortable and good for the price. The bed might be a little short if you’re over 5 feet 10 inches. Otherwise, it was fine.

The AC worked normally, though the fan was very loud, like a ¥1,000 junk-store fan. The pillow felt like cardboard, and the reading light was broken, with no LED cover. They give you a voucher for a free drink. It says coffee, but you can choose something else, like chocolate milk. One small thing bothered me: I spoke English at check-in, then the second receptionist realized I live in Japan and took back the English guide, replacing it with a Japanese one. I can read and speak Japanese, but once it had been handed to me, taking it back felt rude.
