The only thing going for it was the location, a 3-minute walk from Otorrii station. The room had no natural light, and its only window had condensation and mold. The window wouldn't open and the blind was stuck. The bedding felt like a concrete slab, the pillow was worn out, and the room itself was tiny. The bathroom was cramped too, and not suited to tall people.
A hotel guest parked in our company's lot without permission. When we asked what was going on, they said a hotel employee had told them it was okay to park there. I want to complain, but can't find any contact details on the hotel's website.
