Section L Ginza East

There’s plenty of space for a family, and the place was clean. The kitchen has a fridge and a small freezer, handy for snacks from the convenience store. The bathroom was great too, with lots of room and a washer-dryer. Hatchobori station is an easy walk away. The staff were very friendly, and we really appreciated being able to leave our luggage on our last day before departure. We’d definitely recommend it.

Our family of two adults and a three-year-old had a lovely stay at Section L Ginza East. The rooms were spacious enough, and they set up a foldout bed for our toddler, even though he ended up preferring to sleep with us. The hotel is in a quieter part of Ginza East, close to well-connected subway stations, convenience stores, and supermarkets, which suited us perfectly. The staff made the stay special. They were helpful and courteous from our first questions about booking and amenities, even the silly ones about laundry and subway access. They were always cheerful, and our toddler loved coming in and out to wave hello. We also struggled with buying tickets through the 7Eleven machines. The staff helped us sort out the process so we didn’t spend hours on it, after first offering to book online for us, which wasn’t possible. We’d absolutely stay again. Thanks for having us!

I left a suitcase in our room when we checked out at 5am, then panicked and called from Narita airport. Alex, Roi, and the rest of the team calmed me down and helped arrange to send my bag on to Australia. They worked out a good price with Japan post and helped make sure it met Australia’s biosecurity rules, so I wouldn’t miss my flight to Vietnam. I can’t praise the team’s diligence and professionalism enough, especially when I was in a crisis. The hotel itself is world class, with great facilities and a convenient location near ginza and several train stations. They even gave us lovely treats for the new year. I’d only stay at Section L ginza east. Thank you so much, team, you’re worth your weight in gold.

We arrived late at night with the kids, and the staff made everything quick so we could get them to bed as soon as possible. Alex helped us check in and out, and thanks to him we caught our shinkansen without getting lost. He’s a gem, one of the best people I’ve met. The location is ideal, very close to shintomicho and Hatchobori stations. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, and the QR codes around the room were really helpful for figuring out how everything worked. It was our first stay in Japan, and the staff were some of the most helpful I’ve ever seen. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.
