We’re around 60 and loved how close the hotel is to Shinagawa station, with easy access to the Shinkansen and Yamanote line. There are lots of nearby places to eat and shop. Our room was a bit small, though the bathroom was average-sized, and we enjoyed a lovely hot bath every night to soothe tired muscles. The view from the 21 floor was nice, and the staff were friendly. There’s a discount for entry to Aqua park if you stay here. The one downside is having to take two lifts to get to the room because reception is on the 7th floor.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was a little bigger than a typical business hotel room, and there’s a 7-11 on the 2nd floor. The location was really good, just a few minutes’ walk from shinagawa!

The hotel wouldn’t let us check in early, even though rooms would easily have been free by 11-noon. The rooms are decent in size, and the mall has good food and shopping, including 7/11 and tax free. It’s in a great spot, right opposite the metro and JR train lines.

I’ve stayed at several Prince locations, including the N Tower. I didn’t care for the N Tower, but I loved the Annex. I brought two women on a private tour of Japan as a small tour operator, and we all enjoyed the Annex. I’m planning to bring guests back.

The location is great, close to the train station, but the annex tower stay wasn’t the best. The two towers operate as separate hotels, and the usual Japanese service excellence was missing. My reservation was for a queen bed, but when I got to the room, it had two separate full-size beds. I went down to the service desk to ask for a different room, and they refused. First they said nothing was available, then they said I’d have to pay a relocation fee close to the cost of one night. Less than five minutes had passed.
