Spatium Ginza

For Tokyo, the room was super spacious. We had two large beds, great air conditioning, a big high-pressure shower and bath, and a separate toilet. There were two good windows, though the view wasn't much, which was totally fine. There's also a washing machine, fresh towels every day, and if you're staying long enough, they clean partway through. The place runs like a serviced apartment, with minimal staff, and the front desk is really just for check-in. It was open 24/7, though, which isn't listed online and was amazing. I worried it might be a bit odd because there weren't many reviews, but I think people just don't have problems and don't write reviews. I stayed five nights and can't recommend it enough. I knew the location was only okay: the station is a 5-10 minute walk depending on which one you're heading to. It's really close to Tsukiji, though a bit farther from Ginza. We walked there a few times. Just something to keep in mind, and I liked being in a suburban area of Tokyo.
