My favourite place of our Japan trip so far, and the cheapest too. From memory, it was around 11000yen a night for three people, about 3700ish each, with two double beds. It's a good spot, clean and quiet, with everything you need in a hotel. The train station is a five-minute walk away and not far from central Tokyo, and 711 is three minutes away.

We stayed in room 101 as a family of four, booking through Agoda for 19,504 yen for one night starting February 21, 2026. It was a comfortable stay in a quiet residential area. I had worried about noise at this private lodging, but the neighborhood was peaceful and the people upstairs were quiet. The location was convenient, near the station and a convenience store. The room had a shower, toilet, mini-kitchen with some cooking utensils including a frying pan, a refrigerator for carry-on use, microwave, electric kettle, TV and air conditioning. They also provided a toothbrush set, cups, bath towels, towels, a comb, cotton swabs and a hair band. Room 101 had no toilet paper holder, though there was a reachable spot to put the paper, so it wasn't inconvenient. Thank you.
