Super Hotel Tokyo JR Shinkoiwa

I lost my passport at the airport and was feeling so depressed. Miss Saito at the front desk and her colleagues, whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch, called the airport to ask about it and comforted me. Their kindness really showed, and the service went beyond five stars. Thank you all so much. I appreciate it!

Shinkoiwa felt like a nice break from Tokyo’s major tourist crowds, with plenty going on and a local feel. The tradeoff is that getting to Shinjuku or Shibuya takes around 30-40 minutes. The hotel itself is very close to Shinkoiwa Station, shopping street, convenience stores, restaurants, and a grocery store. We stayed at Super Hotel Tokyo JR Shinkoiwa for 7 days and had a great time. Our room was clean, compact as expected in Japan, and arranged efficiently, with everything we needed, including a small table for work or meals. Breakfast was very good, with a nice range of breads and a different main dish each day. One staff member who spoke Filipino was especially kind and helpful, which made us feel even more comfortable. We highly recommend it for the convenience, cleanliness, and warm hospitality.

A friend of mine who works at another hotel recommended this place. It’s a good business hotel in a good location. The rooms are small, as expected, but neat, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic, and the buffet changed a little each day during my multi-day stay.

Stores and trains nearby made everything convenient, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were kind and helpful despite the language barrier, and I always felt welcome. The room worked for my brother and me, and the shower was amazing. Thanks to everyone, I’d stay here again. Such an amazing trip!
