Really clean, and in a good location. Great spot.

The bed is on the small side but really comfortable, with just the right firmness. The room is on the second floor and there's no elevator, and the shower room is tight enough that I kept bumping into the glass. There's a restaurant downstairs, though I got back very late each day and couldn't hear it. The subway is super close. Nearby, Keisei Oshiage Building has a supermarket open until midnight with lots of prepared food, often discounted later at night. Cheap and tasty!
The kitchen and washing machine are useful, and while the shower is small, the fixtures are new. There are three rooms upstairs, so you have to haul your luggage up and down yourself. If you're a woman staying alone, think it over. A karaoke bar next door on the first floor stays open until midnight, so there can be some noise, though Japanese people tend to keep their voices down. It's about a 30-minute walk from Oshiage Station, handy for getting to tourist areas. Tokyo Skytree looks stunning from outside, especially at night, so head out to see it and take a photo.
The only real advantage is how close it is to Oshiage Station. The entrance opens right onto the road, there's a karaoke snack bar next door, and you can hear footsteps from upstairs. Noise is a complete mess here. The TV is cheap Chinese-made and barely works, and the shower stall is so tiny an adult can hardly wash properly. Apart from the location, this place has nothing but drawbacks.
The layout worked for our mixed-gender group, with three beds and one set apart. They were still close enough that we could hear snoring, but earplugs and eye masks were provided. The bathroom had toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, and body wash. A vending machine is right outside, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters away. There's a karaoke bar next door, so it was noisy until around 10 PM, but manageable. The location is just behind the supermarket after turning left from Skytree Station, and there's also a large Life supermarket on the way to Skytree. The place was good. We walked a little to a local bathhouse the next day, which I highly recommend. It costs 550 yen.
