The Edo Sakura

The staff were gracious, amazing, and very helpful. You can order breakfast in the lobby the day before. The rooms are spacious, with outlets, a small fridge, and a good-sized bathroom. They're done in a traditional Japanese style, and you sleep on floor mats, so I wouldn't suggest staying here if you have leg, hip, or back problems. If you want to experience a traditional-style stay, this is the place.

Joana and Miku made our three-day stay feel like home. They were funny, professional, and just wonderful people. I was taking the train every day since it was the end of my trip, though Edo has plenty of activities. I loved the room, the utilities were fantastic, and the service was the best part. 10/10, I'll come back to Edo Sakura.

The traditional activities are well worth signing up for. My daughter and I loved the calligraphy class, and we also had a great time making chocolate and booking the public bath. They even provide traditional robes. Our cozy room fit two adults and two kids, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well after all the walking around Tokyo. The staff were so friendly and welcoming that the kids looked forward to chatting with them each day. Some staff even remembered their names. We had a wonderful stay at The Edo Sakura and would definitely return.

The area is really quiet, but public transport is easy to reach. Breakfast was good value, and the room was comfortable. We loved the hotel and its staff, who were unbelievably helpful and hospitable. We'd highly recommend it.
