Breakfasts were amazing, and the price was great. The room was VERY clean, well appointed, and had handy luggage storage under the bed. We were close to the light rail station, just one stop from our kids. There was shopping and food nearby, too. The staff were helpful and courteous even though we don't speak Japanese.

It's close to the station, with convenience stores and bento shops right in front. On clear days, you can see Mt. Fuji from the upper-floor corridors. The rooms are clean and have Wi-Fi, which made online meetings comfortable. Breakfast is simple but tasty. The main street by the station is nearby, and Higashikurume City Hall and a large supermarket are within walking distance. There aren't many tourists or foreigners around, so the streets are calm and pleasant for a walk. The hotel is convenient, too.

We loved our stay otherwise. The location is extremely convenient, and the staff were helpful and nice. But the beds were so hard they felt like cement blocks, and we ended up checking out early to find somewhere else to stay.

Nothing was bad, though nothing really stood out either. It's the usual fairly priced Toyoko Inn, with very easy access since it's so close to the station. Customer service was above average, IMO.

After a late night school event, this was an easy place to stay for a night. It was straightforward to figure out. Breakfast was so-so, but filling enough.
