UN-Villa

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the place is fantastic for friends or family to stay together.

I live nearby, and since this place was built we’ve been greatly inconvenienced. Guests talk loudly on their balconies late at night, sometimes until dawn, and at times cigarette smoke drifts over from them. I thought smoking was prohibited on the premises. Many guests are from overseas, but the poor manners of Japanese guests stand out in particular. Both men and women make strange noises. This is a quiet residential area with lots of children. Management needs to consider how this affects the neighbours and take the proper action required under the ward’s agreement. Please answer the phone. It’s so noisy that I’m thinking about contacting the police.
