The guest lounge on the first floor was a nice place to work or relax on my phone, with fast, steady Wi-Fi, free refreshments, and drinking water. Breakfast had a good variety, and the lobby was bright, clean, and spacious. The locked luggage lockers with keys were handy and felt safe. The rooms were a little bigger than at the other hotels we stayed in during our half-month in Japan. The neighborhood is peaceful and not especially busy, though it’s close to the city center and lively downtown areas. The subway station is a seven to eight-minute walk away. This was one of the most satisfying places we stayed.

We booked the highest category room, which was a decent size. The staff and housekeeping were good, and they cleaned daily. I loved the library cafe, free coffee and snacks, and the cute little origami for children. It’s a charming hotel that takes good care of guests and has a nice overall feel. The location is good, with several stations about a 10-minute walk away. Tokyo station isn’t very far either.

The staff were very accommodating, and the location made it easy to explore different parts of Tokyo and catch a direct subway line to the airport. The rooms were big enough and had everything we needed for the price. Towels and sheets were usually changed every day, so we even put up the “not disturb” sign to make it less frequent. Many thanks for a pleasant stay.

We stayed for two weeks and had an amazing room. The staff were polite and helpful, and breakfast was really good, with plenty of variety. After breakfast, the room stayed open until 0000 for drinks and snacks, so it was a nice spot to look back on the day and get to know other travelers. Three metro stations are a five to 10 minute walk away, with connections to everywhere. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tokyo. Thank you to the staff of comfort hotel for making our stay so perfect!

The location makes a good base, with everything close by, and it’s not noisy like Shinjuku. The room was big enough and cleaned every day. I tipped the cleaners for their outstanding work. Definitely recommended!
