There's a generous all-you-can-eat tuna selection at the breakfast buffet, plus free rice and ochazuke at night. The hotel is close to the subway, with quick connections to Tokyo station and Ueno. It's a standard hotel rather than a luxury one, with simple, compact rooms at a reasonable cost. I found it generally a bit more affordable than other Tokyo hotels, perhaps because it's in a quiet residential area instead of right beside a major station. The rooms were extremely clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff very polite and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a range of dishes including delicious sashimi. I also really enjoyed the free ochazuke served at night. The room was well maintained, and having fresh towels every day was appreciated. Iriya Station is only a short walk away, so getting around Tokyo was easy. Highly recommended.

It was easy to get around from here, with the subway close by and plenty of izakaya nearby. Our room was great, especially the city view from the upper floors, and the staff were really kind.
