It’s been nearly a month since we got home, and my friends and I still think about our time there every day. It was absolutely perfect.

The shared community space has a welcoming, almost home-like feel. It’s a calm, quirky place in a neighborhood that seems to be on the rise. The employees were friendly, and the rooms and facilities were clean. I’d recommend staying here, and taking a walk through Nakameguro too. You’ll fall in love.

There are common areas where a larger group can hang out before heading out. It’s also well connected if you’re planning to start around Naka-Meguro, Shibuya, or Shinjuku.

Waves has private rooms, shared bathrooms, and a kitchen you can use yourself. It’s in a handy spot in Nakameguro, with plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby for the evening. Cozy, friendly, and I’d happily come back.
