The price makes this just about acceptable, but it's below par. The lamp shade was really dirty, and the air conditioner barely worked. Opening the window helped more. The Wi-Fi was terrible too. They say it's a four-minute walk from the station, but it took ten minutes unless you're jogging. The downstairs toilet has no tap nearby, so you have to walk all the way across the hall to wash your hands.

At least the air conditioning worked. My bed had hair on it when I arrived, the Wi-Fi wouldn't reach room 105, and the room smelled like cigarettes despite this being a no-smoking place. It's also not close to anything central. If your Tokyo budget is extremely tight, it could do, but I'd probably look elsewhere.

It's cheap and the place is okay to stay in, but the service is nonexistent. The Wi-Fi doesn't work and it's a bit dirty. Fine for a tight budget, not for comfort.

There's no room cleaning when you stay multiple nights, and I found myself without a kettle in the shared kitchen. The shower, toilet, and kitchen are all shared. They do provide a hair dryer, and there's a washing machine with detergent, though no dryer. I might use it again if I'm traveling alone.
